The Days before you met your Spouse

You were at your ideal weight at one hundred seventy five pounds and your sweetheart has that perfect body beautiful of thirty six, twenty four, and thirty six. Those were the days when you have decided to be with that lady and she with you. You were young, active, energetic and very agile. Just the same, she was that active as well. There were times that you wore your sporting get-up and run around the park. Both of you have that body beautiful and living a healthy and active life.

Several years past and a lot of things changed. You have the bulging waistline and there are times that you cannot reach for your toes. You weigh two hundred ten pounds now and hardly can run a mile or even use the stair in getting to a floor up.

Is this part of your plan when you first met your spouse that you will grow that big? Now you have realized something has “changed”. The one responsible for that uncontrolled growth is the fat that accumulates for years of not very active life style. You can just simply recall that when you have met your partner for life that she was first impressed basically with your physique aside from your witty and active bearing.

Now that you wanted to make up with her and intend to give her that impression again in a subtle way. You need to have that confidence of bringing back those macho look in a way that she could not notice your sudden turn about. What you need first is removing that flappy belly without letting her becoming curious about your usual activities and you want to surprise her.

Spending a little time doing some abdominal exercise routine can help you eliminate that bulging waistline. First you have to be determined enough to do the routine your own way in a stealthy manner. You can select the time just after rising up from bed on before taking a shower at the start of your day.

Start with a regular push up. This will have you tense your core part (your abdominal, trunk, spine and waistline). Give a ten, fifteen then twenty full push-ups. Then, lay flat on the floor with your legs a little bit spread about the shoulder level and do the sit ups. Make it ten, fifteen and twenty complete sit-ups. You can feel that your abs now is tensed. Stay on the floor, spread your arms, and raise both legs forming ninety degrees on the waist part then twist to the left, then to the right. Make ten, fifteen and twenty twists. Do not quickly stand up; take some deep breathing. Do these abs exercise routines and pretty sure you will have an improved physical feature and more healthy feeling.

This abs exercise routine can be taken in about twenty three minutes and will surely work for you as it does to me.
