The Perfect Abs Routine and Diet Plan

Today we’ll give you a workout that will fit your busy lifestyle. Dedicate only 15 minutes of your day and you’re ready to flaunt your abs this coming beach season. Follow these simple steps

 

  1. Start by getting into a plank position.
  2. Straighten your arm with your hands located directly under your shoulders and your fingers spread wide to acquire balance.
  3. Contract your abs while moving your right knee to your left elbow.
  4. Go back to plank position then do the same exercise only this time with your left knee and right elbow involved.
  5. Repeat for 5 times.

 

The next exercise is called the squat thrust.

 

  1. Begin by getting into a squat position.
  2. Have your hands on the floor right beside your feet with your fingers spread wide to once again achieve balance.
  3. Take a jump with your feet going backwards, making you land in a plank position.
  4. Stop, then try contracting your abs as you jump forward going back to the squat position. (Note: Make sure that you carry your weight a bit moving forward.)
  5. Do this routine for ten times.

 

The plank routine is excellent for your side abdominal muscles while the squat thrust is best for toning your upper and lower abs. These two exercises are guaranteed to burn lots of calories. Combine these routines and gain the perfect abdominal workout.

 

A workout is not complete if not partnered with the right diet plan. We suggest that you reduce all the carbs that you are used to eating and totally eliminate junk food like chips, sodas and fast food meals.

 

Eat only lean meat like chicken without the skin or you can also have tuna, salmon and some lean pork and steak.

 

Never skip meals. Doing that will only make you crave for food even at the latest time of the day. Remember that crash dieting will only bring harm to your body.
