The bulging belly is caused by the serious accumulation of fats because of unused nutrients that were converted into those flappy and unwanted padding. This is simply because energy that is about to be used were not released and the usual deposit of them is stored NOW at your belly part. Congratulations, you have just accumulated and stored them exactly where you want them to be. But wait, do you really want them there. It is stuck there for the rest of your life!
Now that you have realized that extra padding in your body makes you an idle person and the worse is, you tend to be a lazy daisy, overgrown fellow and satisfied with just contemplating on things around you.
Cheer up! I got something for you today. Set those gym exercises and fitness equipment aside. For now, they all add up to your frustrations on not dealing with them. We can deal with them later. All I am requiring you today is to move and work the day out. Just MOVE and REACH OUT. Those stretching can do the rapid circulation in your system now. Can you feel the increased breathing now? Your body is now getting warmer. Continue this moving technique. Now make a bit faster.
Let me remind you that your center of balance lies on the abdominal and trunk area, the CORE. It is the one supporting your upper body and maintaining the correct posture. Try to be aware about that. Maintain your bearing.
Now, give a little tension on your CORE. Do some twisting and a good stretch. Later, if you are really warmed up, we will apply some tension on your core. Can you do the push-ups? Ok. Just lie down on your back and relax. Roll over to your belly, place your both hands a little to your chest level and get ready to push the ground. Hold and maintain the body straight, focus on your CORE; apply tension. Your body is now trembling. Hold that position longer for another 10 seconds. Do not relax the CORE! Now, lower your body slowly to the ground; straightens your arms and breathes. I’m giving you a minute to recover your strength.
Now, go back to your push up position. Push the ground and raise your CORE…Hold it for some minutes until you feel that they are trembling again. Repeat the routine. We are punishing those unwanted fats and kicking off your idleness. You are just warming up.
Now, you are ready to do the real push up. Make ten repetitions, then relax for a minute, then repeat it again.
This body movement will help you make up your mind to move instead of being idle, as well as regaining the strength of your CORE so that you can be ready for your abs routine exercises. We are just kicking off your inactivity and wakening your motivation to do the next routine I am going to give you.
