While many are seen and known to have a routine for their abs, you are thinking what’s good at having a bulky belly. Is it really alright to have huge and flabby abdomen? Most of your friends are doing their sweating and stretching, while you sit there, letting that fat in your body accumulate. Not to mention the ideal weight that was neglected.
Well, having huge belly is one indicator that you are over-weight and perhaps a candidate for some kind of cardio disease in the next future. It is a good thing to see fat belly because you can become aware that you already have accumulated “extra” fats and have forgotten to use some food nutrients.
Now that I have your attention, let us start planning an exercise to eliminate those fats, yes, there, in your tummy. You have neglected stretching and sweating because the fats to be idle. As a result, they accumulate fast and now stored there inside of you.
You need to pant to breathe deep and take in more oxygen to get your circulation going. Do the “jumping jack”, make it four counts by ten repetitions (“one, two, three, ONE”, one, two, three, TWO…”) that’s right. You’re doing fine. Now, walk a bit, take that ‘inhale-exhale” while brisk walking.
Now that your breathing has settled, stand erect and spread your feet shoulder level wide; spread your arm to your side. Touch your left foot by your right hand, then return to upright position, do it on the right foot by your left hand and back. You are giving your waistline, hamstring, your back-muscles and bones and your belly a good warm-up stretching, loosening up your fat deposit. Now you are seated. Give that stretch ten counts each. Now walk again; don’t forget “inhale-exhale” deep breathing.
Return to the standing position with feet together and hands on your waist. Bend to your left slowly and as far as it can go, then return. Now do it on your right, and return. You are stretching your side muscles as well as your lumbar.
It is easy to warm up your body and loosen up the fat deposits in your waist and belly. You can do the crouch should you wish to, but I suggest that do it on the third day of your continuous routine. I am assuring you, you can have another routine of your own, the next time because you have developed in yourself the spirit of disliking that ugly bulky belly and flabby waist.
