Successfully Shedding Off Lower Stomach Fat

They call it the “beer belly”. The disgusting part of it is that even if you’re not a beer drinker you would still be prone to attract those fats in your lower stomach area because that’s how the human body is programmed.

But there is good news for you! You could do away with that stubborn “beer belly” by going through a series of high calorie burning workouts that increases your body’s metabolism. When the unsightly stomach fat has been removed through the fat burning exercises, only then can you properly build and sculpt your abdominal muscles to expose your otherwise sexy well-toned mid-section

To clarify at the onset, stubborn belly fats are not removed by target abs muscle exercises like sit-ups and crunches. The body is designed to burn its fat contents in all its parts simultaneously which happens when the whole body is fully active.

This means it is more the perspiring cardiovascular and aerobics exercises that would effectively burn body fats including those stacked in your lower belly. These cardio-aerobics include heart pumping and sweat emitting activities like jogging, cycling, swimming and martial arts exercises as well as competitive sports like basketball, soccer and tennis.

The more you exert physical effort and intensify your cardio exercises, the more you increase your metabolism that burns your excessive body fats. Doing the aerobics exercises with increasing frequency and length of duration would also mean speeding up your fat loss that paves the way for the consequent abdominal muscle development.

As you grow in physical resistance and strength through the cardio and aerobics exercises, you could further intensify your fat burning workouts by doing full body exercises. This include high force exercises such as pull-ups, squat jumps, push-ups, jumping jacks and others listed in the “army dozen” exercises.

These high intensity full body workouts would further stretch your body’s fat burning capacity as your metabolism is accelerated. As you grow more in physical vigor, you may even combine various full body exercises like doing squats with dumbbell swings and push-ups with high jumps.

At this point you may very well say that this is an extremely strenuous way of getting rid of abdominal fats. You need to remember that the effort you put in would be proportionate to the amount of fats you want to lose from your body and your belly in particular. The level of frequency and degree of your exercise intensification would also determine how fast or slow you would lose those unwanted stomach fats.

When you have energetically and successfully shed off that unwanted flab in your lower stomach, you are now ready to work on developing and sculpting your abdominal muscles toward achieving you desired six packs.
